The DA stated that a lot of witness testimony was not even close to fact. I was listing the two reasons why a witness would fabricate testimony in this case.
Unless there is some other motivation they would have to lie in a case like this?
I'm not talking about the ones who missed a fact or two, I'm talking about the ones who gave their statements and then admitted they didn't actually see anything or were giving their opinion on the matter or repeating gossip. There is zero reason for someone to fabricate evidence in a possible first degree murder case against a possible defendant unless there is some kind of malicious motivation behind it.
