Hey, CP, need your help urgently. My wife and I have been volunteering with Between Friends Club for many years. This is an amazing Calgary charity that provides assistance and recreational activity programs to children and adults with disabilities and they do it all with hundreds of volunteers all year around. It is the ONLY charity in Calgary that does this.

WhatGivesYYC? is a sponsorship program that has $25,000 to give away to 6 charities in 2014. BFC is on their list and they need to get the most votes in order to qualify for a win.

For those of you who would like to learn more about Calgary Between Friends Club for Youth and Adults with Disabilities and the wonderful work they do, here's the link to their web-site. If you have someone in your life living in Calgary that is affected by a physical or developmental disability, chances are 99.99% that BFC has helped them somehow, either through an evening program, a supportive roommate or summer camp. Also, think of getting involved personally and/or with friends and family. The volunteer experience at BFC is simply great.
