most of the silver hills brands have quite a high amount of fibre in it. Pears (but with the skin anyways) have 6grams of fibre,
quinoa, and brown rice,
generally i find that, if you can hit half your fibre all at once at breakfast, the rest is easy to get throughout the day.
fibre 1 cereal sprinkled with all bran buds is like a super fibre breakfast cereal.
