I also agree that Jax's potential death might have been foreshadowed by Jury. I doubt he gets the Mayhem vote, I seriously hope his armed robbery doesn't just get dismissed and him ending in jail seems an unlikely ending. We'll find out soon enough.

I think Gemma lives to see Jax die and she loses everything that she wanted to protect from the beginning. I also like the idea out there that Wendy and Nero (the two that wanted out for so long) take the kids and go into hiding so that Gemma can't ever see them again. Gemma may live, but I wouldn't equate that with winning.
I don't see a way that Jax doesn't die though. Between all the gangs that want him dead, the police and maybe a possible suicide.. I don't see any way out for him. Personally, I think it comes from within and the Sons do him in.
