Fiber One original and All Bran original cereals are good options. Neither are the greatest tasting cereal, but absoluely packed with fiber. I would only have them every second day, as having them daily is a little too much

I believe each 1/2 cup has around 15grams of fiber.
Been buying high fiber bread the last month or so and having 2 slices for breakfast. Cant recall the specific brand or bakery, but get it from safeways. Says fiber in big letters- 22 grams of carbs (8 from fiber), 5 grams of protein per slice.
Quest bars are the most popular protein bar on the market right now, as they claim to have 17g of fiber per bar- and taste pretty darn good. There is a lot of talk on the web though, and even a pending lawsuit against quest, that the nitrition info listed on their bars is not accurate. Even if the 17g of fiber is accurate, who knows where the fiber is coming from, the quality of it. In my opinion, you can tell fairly quickly when you have consumed 20g of quality fiber- digestion is much improved for the day etc. you don't get that feeling at all with quest bars. Might be wrong, just sort of the gut feeing I get from them (pun intended).
