I ordered and use the Pure Sleep mouth guard. Ordered after seeing the commercial over and over. Took a few weeks to get used to, and sometimes it falls out of my mouth if I'm in a really deep sleep... But it works like a charm. No snoring at all. +/- $80. My wife thinks it's the best $80 ever spent.
