My current better half
has been complaining about my snoring affecting quality of sleep. Does anybody currently use snoring products and have you found them to be effective?
Any recommendations for any specific ones or where to purchase them in Calgary? I don't think the nasal strips do anything since snoring is caused by the windpipe being compressed when you are lying down. I saw something online that looks like a mount retainer that pushes your jaw forward to open the windpipe.
