It's just speculation heaped with speculation on top of a predisposition to dislike Glencross because he's not under 25 years old. He still wears an "A" and it certainly doesn't seem like the one guy that sees everything close up and gets to make the call on the lineup and icetime thinks that Glencross missing an
optional practice is a big deal.
As Locke said, Glencross is battling through injuries because the Flames are shorthanded as is with guys that can't play (Colborne, Backlund, Stajan and Raymond). If these guys were healthy he'd take a game or two off to recover? Maybe. Bottom line is he's battling through some injuries and he's getting slagged for missing an optional skate. Garbage.
