I am ready to believe this team will make the playoffs. The main reasons why revolve around the number of one-goal games they played last season and this new found talent, speed and skill capable of dominating 4-on-4 OT, as well as 3-4 "go to" guys in the shoot-out (Gaudreau, Monahan, Colbourne and Hudler).
Add that to how far ahead of last year's pace this team already is, and the Flames record after Torts hallway meltdown, and you have a team quite capable of amassing 95points (at least).
