- All kinds of "change of scenery" that everybody was asking for. None of this asking why the grass is mowed 2 years after the ZA. In fact the special effects team did a great job showing the decay, the after effects of the napalm- right down to the decay of the vehicles on I-85 since season 1.
- We got some glimpses into how people in urban situations survived with the +15 campground. (Until they were shot in their sleep.)
- Some great movement in the story. Where Carol went from wanting to kill Noah to pleading with Darryl to save him. This right after she said that she didn't think we could save people any more; Darryl made her realize that wasn't true.

I never even picked up on those people being shot in their sleeping bags, crazy.
I also thought it was a good episode and tied those end of episode cliff hangers together well. It was a bit rushed at the end, but now at least this season has a purpose leading up to the break, saving Carol and Beth.
