If a team is not scoring as much when you are on the ice you will have a lower shooting % and if a team is giving up goals when you are on the ice you will have a lower save % meaning the aggregate number (PDO) will be lower as well.

What is interesting is that Seto's numbers are so much worse than the rest of the team (except for Sven - but he has only played 4 games).
