What you should do in this case would depend on how much (or if at all) you felt like helping. If you feel like helping a little, and know where to find the bus she's asking for, you can point it out. If you feel like helping a bit more, you could take her to the bus stop. You could even wait until she got on.
If you are feeling generous, you could call her a cab. You would likely end up paying for it though, as she didn't appear to be carrying anything other than the "beer" bottle.
If you want to do none of the above, and want to help a little, you could call the police and let them know you are worried for her safety.
If you want to call the police and help more, you could stay with her until police arrive.
