where did you read this?

Maybe South Summerlin, but the majority of Las Vegas is a total dump.

As for the locals... a lot of people just spend a lot of time trying to run errands and survive, as sad as that sounds. I've seen working girls stop by Wal Mart to do some shopping, probably before or after a shift lol.
