Die Hard Sport Fishing with Capt. Fuzzy Alboro out of Lahaina. Fuzzy consistently catches the most fish on Maui. He is hardcore and so is the trip out to Blue Water. if you are susceptible to motion sickness, be prepared. Generally leave Lahaina at 2:30AM and catch live bait (Scad Mackarel). Then a 2-3 hour trip to the Nasa Buoy (out in the open ocean about 30 miles west of Lanai). If you want to catch fish and have a great time, Fuzzy's the Man !! Fuzzy will also let you take as much fish as you want back to the Hotel/Condo (BBQ'd Mahi is fantastic). Shore fishing is challenging on Maui, opportunities are few and far between.
