What a weird (yet fun) game! Beautiful play on the OT winner, and it was nice to see Bouma really fight for position to score that first goal. He said before the season he wanted to create more offence, and pushing to the front of the net is step one.
I still don't think the Flames will be a playoff team this year, but there is definite positives to take from their play thus far this season. I feel our rebuild is in good hands and we will be real competitors sooner rather than later.
