However when Colborne comes back, or Stajan, or Backlund it's a pretty easy decision who I'd rather have between Jooris and Setoguchi. Or Granlund and Setoguchi.

When the first player comes back Setoguchi goes back to pressbox. The problem is when the 2nd , 3rd player come back. These youngsters have to play, and taking Setoguchi's spot is basically the pressbox. It's going to be tough on our GM to make one trade, let alone 2 trades ,to open playing roster spots for the youngsters.
