I agree. I also don't think that even if he was a hard ass coach, that it is the breaking factor for a team. Scotty Bowman was a pretty tough coach to play for, but players still went all out for him because he was a good guy outside of work and the players saw that his way worked.
As long as the players feel that Hartley gives them a chance to win and has their best interests in mind, I don't see why the team would start turning a deaf ear any time soon.
