In sale today, for $99.

Thoughts? Never had a mechanical keyboard before and the loud nature has kind of been keeping me away. From the looks of things, these switches are quieter, am I reading that right?
As I mentioned above I have the new RGB Brown Switch version of the K70 but for all intents and purposes it's the same board. The older one has the USB passthrough which is a nice feature. The red switches have no audible "clack" nor do they have tactile feedback. So they are quieter than the blues but I find they still make a bit more noise than a membrane keyboard.

If you go to Memory Express (at least in the SE location) they have a small set of 6 keys with different colored switches that you can try out to see how they sound and feel. I am liking my K70 so far. It's much better than my old Logitech G15 and I don't find the brown switches to be distracting. I also like the aluminum construction of the board itself. The thing feels solid.
