We should be cheering this guy on. If you're a fan of the team - the TEAM - you should want all of our draft picks to succeed. There's a difference between critiquing and piling on. Some people post on these boards to express what they hope will happen. Some post to express what they think will happen. There's often friction between the two approaches. If that wasn't the case, this would be a pretty boring forum.
