This year is feeling a lot like last year where the Stamps haven't really played anything of importance in awhile, and they have injuries to key players going into the Western Final. It seems to me that when the Stamps play well in the playoffs it coincides with with years where the team gets increasingly better week-to-week post labour day and the standings dictate they have to play meaningful games in October.

I question whether this year's team is going to be ready mentally, physically, and strategically to play a winner-take all game in sub-optimal weather against the Eskimos.

Oddly enough I can see a team like the Als winning it all this year as they resemble the kind of team who's hot when it counts, has gone through a lot of adversity at the start of the year and has bettered themselves week-after-week.
