I think Glencross will get an extension for the same reasons Stajan did - he is multifunctional. He can play (with competence) all 4 lines, penalty kill, PP. He can skate and plays with a certain level of grit. Last night Eller got in Monahan's face along the benches and Glencross jumped in immediately.
Whether certain fans agree or not, he is highly thought of by the coaching staff.
