We've had great service from these lads as well - my wife had issue with tire key going missing from the dealer - the lads at Urban X felt bad for her, so ended up changing tires last year for free, though it was no fault of our own and we tried, to no avail, to decline complimentary service.
Now that's going above and beyond!
