My husband and I are considering building a house. We've been talking to builders and are considering two areas: Coulee way Estates SW and The Point in Patterson. We are having a hard time picking the area and would like to know which area in the best in terms of future value of the house and the neighbourhood in general. If anyone knows these two area in the West of Calgary, I'd be very happy to hear any comment. Thanks..
