The new hotels are restaurant focused, high end brand shopping focused, with expensive gambling. Clean modern interiors with rooms and resort like pools. All high buck and not $79 a night. I imagine they will wear down over time.

The City Centre project is designed to cut a massive amount of properties out of the action by keeping you trapped in their ecosphere of $.

In my opinion the Wynn hotel makes and captures the feeling of old Vegas with it's opulence and getting "it" that you want the best and a break from life. When they call you by your last name you can pretend for a week.
Excalibur is a friggen dump first time in Vegas the GF decides to stay there.Saw nine hookers and three pimps. The only upside us that there is a really good Mexican restaurant that has an awesome salsa bar.
