1. Not challenging the bad spot on Polk's run that at the very least would've been a first down, if not a TD.
2. Calling a third and inches run out of shotgun formation.
3. Kicking the FG instead of going for it on 4th and 1.
4. Punting with 5 seconds to go in the first half on the Cards' 45. Not a huge deal, but speaks to just a bizarrely conservative gameplan.
