I certainly have known women who have been victims of sexual harassment at work and have chosen not to file a complaint because they don't want it to impact their career. It is a sad reality of the modern work environment.

If that's the case, then I misinterpreted the post I was responding to. I thought he was dismissing the complaint and implying that the Star's story of alleged workplace harassment must be fabricated because nobody in her position would complain, so therefore it didn't happen.
