Definitely. Again though you have to put things into context; hard to do without a transcript of the conversation and a history of their relationship. I've had a female coworker use that exact expression to me before while working on something we had a disagreement on. Turns out we were just good friends and she talks like a trucker. Things are not looking good for him though.. Surprised that no one ever made any reports or claims against him until now though if it's actually that bad (and that is not me downplaying the effect it had on any victims).
