Shibuya (16th) - I'm moreso there for the cheap oysters Mon-Thurs and their beef tataki, but their sushi is actually super solid.
Yamato (across from Churchill) - MASSIVE chunks of salmon sashimi. They also serve lobster sushi there, which I haven't seen anywhere else.

This used to be my go to, but it changed a year or so ago and has a new name (can't remember the new one). I went once and it was not great. We ordered a yam roll and the yam was like biting into a tree branch, it hadn't been fried near long enough. They did up another one that was ok but the rest of the meal was average or below average. Haven't been back since, we now go to Kinjo. It kind of sucks because we had gone for so long we kind of knew the chefs, but they had all been replaced by the new owners anyway.
