it's really strange. How can a person walk right into parliament with a large weapon like that?
Once they got in, they didn't manage to kill anyone (not including the soldier that was killed at the memorial), was that due to quick response by the security/forces inside, or were they looking for a particular target and nothing else, in which case, a shotgun/rifle seems like a pretty questionable weapon for a targeted attack on someone.
i haven't been able to follow all the news coming out, but is there any indication of whether this is being deemed a terrorist attack.
not to be a conspiracy guy or anything, it's a month ago yesterday that news came out that ISIS was urging for attacks on canada (
http://news.nationalpost.com/2014/09...your-bedrooms/), as well as today being 10/22 (peculiar day like 9/11)....
this is such a upsetting day for all canadians, thoughts and prayers with the victim, and the people involved in keeping us all safe.
