Who can Voynov go after for that? Will the league reimburse all lost wages upon verdict? Do they go after the police? Were charges actually laid, and by who? Are the police allowed to press charges? I'm not sure about the legal side of these things.
He was suspended with pay, so no lost wages. Charges were filed as he was arrested and got out in $50,000 bail.
