@acarvin: Based on the current timeline, shooting at Rideau Centre happened AFTER gunmen taken down in Centre Block. If true, confirms 2nd gunman.
Based on the witness reports, the guy who shot the soldier is the one who was shot in the 30-50 hail of bullets inside. Construction witness reported a second guy posssibly with the first guy wearing a similar scarf, he could be the Rideau shooter. *Speculating
Mansbridge just confirmed the Rideau is
after the shooting inside Parliament so there's at least 2 shooters.
