Wondering if Bob has some prior history with the people/leader from Terminus? Almost seemed like it wasn't the first time he and the Terminus leader had met when they were talking at the end. The events of the prior episode not withstanding (can't recall if they ever had any significant screen time together or not..).
I think Bob said he was the sole survivor of 2 other groups prior to meeting Rick et al? Perhaps one of them involved some people from Terminus, including the leader..

Now that you mention this, this makes a lot of sense. Garrett mentioned something about cosmic justice with Bob being the one they grabbed. As far as I know Bob had no significant interactions with Teminus group in the last encounter. I wonder if Bob was involved with the first group that conquered Terminus.
