Yonkman wouldn't be so bad by himself, but he's paired with Stevensen who is more of an ECHL D-man and makes some interesting decisions out there which leaves Yonkman to try and cover his mistakes, and because he's slowish isn't always effective. Cundari is great on the offensive side of the puck, but is dreadful defensively, probably a bit worse than Stevensen actually.
Having those two out there affects two different pairings (Usually Cundari's been with Kulak) so it makes things difficult to get consistent D back there, which leads to giving up 4-5 goals a game.
Ideally, what I would like to see for now is
Wotherspoon - Kulak
Ramage - Cundari (ramage is good defensively, would cover up for Cundari)
Sieloff - Yonkman
with guys sliding in and out of the lineup as other players will need ice time and once Potter gets better, it'll help.
