A surprise about Harvin. Sounds like he has had some run ins with teammates, maybe taking himself out of the Cowboys game.
Some teammates like Lynch and Irvin are not happy at all.
While it can be argued that he didn't need to make those plays in the Superbowl, if Smith didn't get two turn overs himself, Harvin may have won the MVP. His early jet sweep had the Broncos shell shocked, his second one also had no reply, and any sort of comeback hope or feeling over halftime was kicked in the bits 12 seconds into the second half... those were all demoralizing plays to Denver which can't fully be measured by stats.
But, whatever the case, Seattle cut losses fairly quickly and dramatically, better then trying to nurture a peice that wasn't going to fit long term, especially given the money he makes.
On the positive side, maybe Bevell and Wilson can get back to regular play calling and not assuming Harvin can get 40 yards on every play. The offense was atrocious last weekend and a big part was them going back to Harvin time and again when the Cowboys had sniffed that out early and consistently.
