The healthly "scratch" while Jooris gets the line that many have asked for is what is truely making people "scratch" their head.
Hilarious. The line that many have asked for? So what? Who are we or anybody to ''ask'' for this supposed line to be put together? It's coaches call, period. Not the fans. Not CP's. Not even the GM's. People are upset that Jooris get's top 6 minutes while Gaudreau's have dwindled the last couple games? Suck it up. Not our decision to make and everyone better get used to not getting their way when it comes to lines.

As others have said, Johnny's been playing more hockey then he's ever been used to. And don't forget practices. I have no idea how they practice in the NCAA, but Hartley is well known for his intense game-like sessions. 3 to 4 games per week + practices=hard intense hockey on an undersized rookie trying to find his way in the best league in the universe. Joris is 24 and this is his 2nd year pro. He's used to the game schedule and probably knows the system better as he was with the Heat last season. I have no problem with him slotting in the top 6. Gaudreau is still feeling it out. He has exactly ONE shot that came in the very first game of the season, and none since. Yet people want to hand him top 6 minutes? I doubt putting him with better players would solve anything at this point. If Johnny want to move up, he has to produce or he's better off playing in the AHL until he is ready. I was one of those guys we said he would be better off in the AHL but so many people were so quick to judge him based on his NCAA and WC games and hand him top 6 minutes. I think we can all see now that maybe that might be jumping the gun a little.
