Correct not confirmed but several independent pieces of evidence lend credibility to ECF being town.
Third piece of info is Delgar, with bodyguard power, died last night. So speculation is that it was used to protect ECF.
Fourth no push or even bread crumbs against ECF that he lying. I would expect something (not a reveal) from the real Doc.
