Stupid easy to make. Burninate the ground beef with some taco seasonings, place liberally all over some nacho chips, top with an unholy amount of tex mex cheese, jalapenos, and black olives. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes or until the cheese is all melted. Finish it off with diced tomatoes, chopped chives (I use scissors cause I am a lazy man), and a huge ass dollop of sour cream.
Commence heart attacky goodness.
