Personal record during a game was 9. From a few seasons ago against Colorado. It was a work night and I was in rough, rough shape the next day. 5 alarm hang over (and the saddlebeers always seem to bring on a bad one).

That said, my friend who was with me (who I have a good deal of size on) had 11. Couldn't believe it.

To my credit, however, I remember the awarded goal to Rene Bourque that night when we was tripped on a breakaway on an empty net. Only time I've ever seen that call. Conversely, for some odd reason, my friend doesn't recall this.

Now that I have been able to legally drink at the Dome for half of my 36 years, I believe a reassessment of my heroin beer goals are in order. Plus I noted at the Sept. 30 ex game that the prices had inched up again. It's getting awfully expensive to chug those...

EDIT: thanks to the magic of the interwebz, I determined that the game with the awarded goal occurred in October of 2011. I also determined Bourque was awarded another goal in similar circumstances in February of 2013. He must currently lead all active players in that bizarre stat...
