I can't imagine it would be legal to give people N20. And I think it would be way more expensive than Co2 anyway.

Empty stomach, bigger beers than usual, the rushed feeling you get so you pound them back so you can get 2 more at intermission. The atmoshere is also huge. I can drink almost a 26 of rye in a night of cards and I feel drunk but alright. If I'm somewhere where my adrenaline is going and I'm yelling at people/inanimate objects I feel the booze hit me way harder.
