i think your friend should use the revenge factor - last year the flames lost 40 times, so they will be looking for revenge this year for each one of those losses (80 points); however, they won 35 times (70 points), so those teams will be looking to extract thier pound of flesh - the net of this is that the flames should increase by 10 points this year.......the revenge factor.......
