Recovery at his young age is better then someone in their later years trying to come back from an injury like that. I'm not going to pretend I know how it happened, but hopefully this motivates him to bulk up before he's ready to play in the NHL so something like this doesn't happen again.

Let's be clear here that "bulking up" is not any sort of reliable method for injury prevention.
