We all do need to calm down and take a breathe here.
We l knew that there was only one spot available on the team for a rookie, and that was a top six LW slot. In the end, Johnny out competed Sven for that spot. That's it.
David Jones has played two preseason games and he looked pretty damn good in one of them. Seto is probably on a short leash, but unless he stopped skating in the middle of a game, he was signed to be part of the team at the NHL level.
It's too bad what happened to Sven, but you can be sure that if neither of them are performing, Sven will get an opportunity sooner rather than later.
