I tried going back to NHL 14 and I can hardly play it. The skating, physics, and overall gameplay are such a huge step up on next gen. It's so much more fluid to play.
Once they get the gameplay modes back in, it'll be even better.

I'd agree. It's the most realistic/best playing entry yet. They'd got a good foundation in place for this generation...still a damn shame about the lack of modes though.
