Did your 'recruitment' message state that your win conditions (and therefore alignment) would not change if you joined?
If not, the three players who have joined are almost assuredly lying about their messages, and their respective cults are now separate factions competing against the town and the mafia.
If the message did assure you that your win conditions remain the same, everyone can ignore this post.
