^ yes. Jooris has been good but the coaches need to separate his achievements from his own merits versus being a beneficiary of his time playing with guys like Gaudreau (who slows the game down and makes his linemates better) and Bennett (sweet pass on that one goal, but will Benett stick), etc. Being in the right place for linemates who set you up doesn't necessarily translate to success playing with duds.
* of course, failing to deliver when put in a chance to succeed is much worse than delivering
