Do the math... does 2 mafia kills instead of 1 mafia 1 SK really tip the balance? Perhaps... as if it were down to 1 mafia member, that would be overpowered imho. But it could also be they get 2 kills as a group of X, it goes down to 1 kill once they hit a certain number.... I'm just guessing though. I'm surprised people are assuming there is a SK, I don't that is necessarily true though its possible.

I'll have to go back to game one to see but I thought the clean vs Messy was debunked mid way through. A serial killer because they don't have extra knowledge will miss town 1/4 times and a scum death is 4 times as devastating as a town death so it balances out nicely. Mafia hits 100% townie. So you need to kill scum 2/3 days to keep up. The town has lost if there are 2 mafia kills per night. If we lynch town today we'd be at -6 tomorrow so down to 10-6. Which if they have 2 kills is game over even if we bat 100%. 8-5, 6-4, 4-3, dead. I don't believe the game would be set up like that.
If the second kill was power limited so only works once then I can see two mafia kills. But otherwise not really.
