I for one love how this hypothetical question comes a matter of weeks after you bought a mobility scooter off this very forum.
Anyways to answer the question, a bike I probably would. Not if I was like blackout drunk, but definitely after a few too many. And likely not on major city streets. Bike paths more likely.
As far as the scooter goes, no. It just seems like it's asking for trouble.
