So, except for Ortio, the Flames have a healthy 23-man roster. When Ortio gets sent down, the goalies will be set. Assuming Diaz gets signed, the d-men look to be set. Wotherspoon and Potter are the most likely to get sent down when they are healthy.
All of the injured forwards except for Granlund are skating with the main group today, so they all might be ready to go for Wednesday. Bennett is likely only here until Backlund is healthy, then he'll be sent back to Kingston. Granlund likely goes down when he's ready to return.
That leaves Gaudreau, Baertschi, Jooris, and Setoguchi as the possible cuts when Raymond and Jones are healthy. If everyone is healthy for the home opener, my guess is that Sven and Setoguchi go down and Johnny and Jooris stay.
