100 percent agree. Johnny has done everything to make this team and although I always prefer overripening prospects to throwing them into the water too soon, that doesn't apply to Johnny. He's clearly ready for the NHL and I don't see how you can send him down after the latest games.
Bennett definitely has to go back to the OHL and bulk up and work on some things. He'd surely benefit from a few NHL games to start the season though. Give him a taste, show him what he needs to do this season and then send him back to Kingston.
With all the hype around Johnny and Sam, the guy that has surprised and excited me most this preseason is Josh Jooris. Always working hard, he's physically ready and he also has a bit of a mean streak. I want this guy on the opening night roster, he's earned it IMO. Hartley also seems to be a fan of him, so the chance is definitely there.
Send Sven and Ferland back to the AHL and use them as injury call ups. I think both have been fine, but they haven't outplayed the vets IMO. Sven is nearly there, but a bit more AHL seasoning won't hurt his development one bit. Hopefully there'll be regular spots for them after the trade deadline.
