What was most impressive to me from last night (I just started work—its 8 AM here in Norway) was of course the incredible play on the second assist. But what was equally noteworthy was that on the other two goals—Monahan's first, and then Jooris's second—is that Gaudreau was jumping in front of the net on each shot to provide a screen or to pick up the rebound.

Agreed here, I think this is what seperates JG from a guy like Hemsky (which dont get me wrong, Hemsky has had a great career, but I think what limits a guy like Hemsky might not apply to JG...maybe).... I do think I see a lot of Kariya in his prime, as well as the afermentioned un-named. (sorry not to harp on this un-named thing)
